Personal training (standalone session)
This service is perfect for testing whether a personal trainer is the next natural step in your health journey, or for those with a limited experience or who are new to an exercise routine and want the best possible start. Whatever your aspiration, the service will include:
A face-to-face or online session (dependent on where you are based) lasting 45 minutes.
A comprehensive discussion about where you are with your health and fitness and, importantly, where you want to be.
We will complete health screening as part of this session and may choose to complete some fitness assessments too. If the session is online, I will contact you in advance with what screenings or assessments will be done.
We identify your goals and get to work, going through some exercises that will support you to achieve them.
After the session, a summary of the session will be emailed to you, detailing any assessments completed and the exercises performed. You will also be provided with a clear fitness plan as agreed during the session for your future use.
Getting started is often the hardest part; this standalone session is a straightforward way to do just that.
Personal Training Monthly Package
In person or online – flexible to fit your schedule
Personal training that understands your health is more than just reps and sets! This holistic package focuses on your complete physical journey and includes:
We will complete health screening and fitness assessments as part of the initial session.
You will receive a clear plan to reach your individual goals. This will include the exercises that we will go through together in the following weekly sessions, plus further workouts for you to do in your own time.
A monthly progress review in your programme, to check on how the plan is working for you and to assess any new considerations.
Additional contact as required to check in on progress and assist with any adaptations to your plan.
Subsequent sessions will be booked during the initial meeting so that it can be manageable around your existing commitments.
Progress Partner
Progress Partner is a flexible support service designed for people who already exercise but struggle with consistency. It provides personalised guidance, accountability, and structure to help you stay committed and make steady progress toward your goals.
You’ll receive a tailored plan that includes three workouts per week, designed to build progressively over time.
Regular weekly check-ins via text or email fit easily around your schedule, offering ongoing support, motivation, and adjustments as needed.
Monthly reviews give you the chance to reflect on progress, reset goals, and ensure you continue moving forward.
Overall, it’s a simple, supportive way to stay on track, build consistency, and achieve lasting results.
Menopause Health Consultation
This is a one-to-one consultation to explore your menopause journey. Whether you are perimenopausal or postmenopausal, this service will support you to navigate this transition. Once booked, this service will include:
A pre-consultation questionnaire for you to complete prior to our opening session. Our initial online consultation of 60 minutes. During this on-line session, my job is to listen and understand what is important to you.
Depending on your symptoms I can provide you with information and advice about what treatment may be suitable for you.
Through our discussion, you are empowered to decide what your next steps will be, feeling supported and informed.
Alongside this, you'll receive tailored, practical advice on symptom management - including lifestyle adjustments, supplement suggestions, and medication guidance.
Finally, 4 weeks after our initial appointment, we will meet again for a 25 minute session to discuss your progress and any changes you have implemented. The objective of this is to provide a tailored platform of support and guidance for you as an individual.
Time To Meno-Pause
This is a supportive 6-week course designed to help you better understand and navigate the menopause transition. Each week combines clear, practical education about what’s happening in your body with guided exercise sessions and regular well-being check-ins.
Throughout the course, you’ll learn why symptoms occur, what changes are taking place hormonally and physically, and how these can affect how you feel day to day.
Alongside this, you’ll be introduced to realistic lifestyle strategies—such as movement, stress management, and daily habits—that can help you manage symptoms more effectively.
A key part of the course is building a sense of community, giving you a space to connect with others going through similar experiences, share openly, and feel supported.
By the end, you’ll have a clearer understanding of your body, practical tools to support your well-being, and the confidence to make informed choices during this transition.
